Terms and Conditions for Chauffeur Service \u2013 Nuuk Rental<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

General Provisions<\/h3>

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of chauffeur service including vehicle with Nuuk Rental. By placing an order, the customer accepts the following provisions without reservation.<\/p>

1. Booking, Offers and Prices<\/h3>
  • Booking must be made in writing via e-mail to info@nuukrental.gl<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Prices are determined individually based on the nature of the assignment, duration, distance, number of passengers, schedule, and specific requirements.<\/li>
  • All prices are hourly-based per commenced hour<\/strong>. After the first hour, billing is thereafter per commenced 30 minutes<\/strong>.
    Example: A booking of 1 hour and 15 minutes will be invoiced as 1.5 hours.<\/em><\/li>
  • A written offer will be issued by Nuuk Rental and must be approved in writing by the customer before the agreement is final.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Payment<\/h3>
    • Payment must be made no later than upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>
    • Nuuk Rental may require a deposit or full prepayment for certain assignments.<\/li>
    • In case of delayed payment, interest and any collection costs will be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. The Chauffeur's Responsibilities and Rights<\/h3>
      • The chauffeur represents Nuuk Rental and is responsible for safety throughout the assignment.<\/li>
      • The customer and passengers are obliged to follow the chauffeur\u2019s instructions.<\/li>
      • Chauff\u00f8ren er berettiget til at afbryde tjenesten uden ansvar for Nuuk Rental, s\u00e5fremt der vurderes risiko for sikkerhed, eller hvis kunden\/passagerer overtr\u00e6der g\u00e6ldende love eller chauff\u00f8rens instrukser.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Cancellation, Changes and Early Termination<\/h3>
        • Cancellations or changes must be notified in writing to Nuuk Rental no later than 24 hours before<\/strong> the agreed start time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>
        • In the event of cancellation, change, or early termination with shorter notice, Nuuk Rental is entitled to invoice the full agreed amount.<\/li><\/ul>

          5. The Customer's Liability for Damages<\/h3>
          • The customer bears full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers as a result of negligence, omissions, or failure to comply with the chauffeur\u2019s instructions.<\/li>
          • The customer is furthermore liable for damages caused by third parties in connection with the customer\u2019s activities. This includes, but is not limited to, vandalism, stone-throwing, paint, or similar acts directed at the vehicle, the customer, or the customer\u2019s passengers.<\/li><\/ul>

            6. Nuuk Rental's Limitation of Liability<\/h3>
            • Nuuk Rental cannot be held liable for losses, delays, cancellations, or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond the company\u2019s control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, technical issues, strikes, government interventions, or force majeure.<\/li>
            • Nuuk Rental\u2019s total liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.<\/li><\/ul>

              7. Personal Data and Confidentiality<\/h3>
              • Nuuk Rental processes personal data confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.<\/li>
              • Information is used solely for booking, invoicing, and communication, and will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer\u2019s written consent, unless required by law.<\/li><\/ul>

                8. Amendments to Terms<\/h3>

                Nuuk Rental reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to stay informed about the applicable terms at www.nuukrental.gl<\/strong>.<\/p>

                9. Disputes<\/h3>

                Any dispute between the customer and Nuuk Rental must first be attempted resolved through negotiation. If this does not lead to a solution, the case shall be settled under Greenlandic law at Nuuk Rental\u2019s legal venue.<\/p>

                10. Acceptance<\/h3>
